Select Your Internet Access Level

You must select an Internet access level for this card. All computers in Wayne Public Library will require a card before you may access the Internet. The computers will only allow access at the level selected. We encourage parents to select the level they feel is appropriate for their individual child. Although the use of filtering will provide some protection for children as they use the Internet, no technological solution is infallible and the best protection is for you to be with your child as he or she uses the Internet. The level of access may be changed if, in the future, you find that your selected level does not meet your continuing needs.

Check a box below next to the level of Internet access that you desire. Please check only one box. *

Level 1: Open access. No restriction on access.
Level 2: Blocks banner ads, and anonymous web surfing.

Determine Your Pick-Up Location

Please allow three business days (Monday - Friday) for processing of new online library card applications.

In order to verify the identity of the cardholder, a form of identification with proof of current address must be produced at the time of pick up.

Passaic, Bergen or Morris County residents who would like to borrow materials from Wayne Public Library through the local Open Borrowing agreement will also need to show their home library card (with green sticker indicating the individual's good standing with the home library).

Individuals who live elsewhere but work or go to school in town must present verification of that status. Parents must pick up cards for minor children.
