Patron Books in Print

This online service allows you to search for and identify books, audio and video recordings that are currently in print. Information about forthcoming publications, children's books, and fiction recommendations can also be accessed from the service. Browsing by subject and searching by keyword, author, title, and ISBN is permitted. Note: Accessible only from PCs located inside Wayne Public Library. No restrictions on the number of users.

Digital audio books are downloadable versions of audio books, similar to what you might find in cassette or CD format. These digital books can be downloaded to your computer and used offline. Some can be transferred to compatible MP3 players, or even burned to CD. Best of all, digital books are automatically returned, so there are never late fees or trips to the library.
How to use this service

NetLibrary

eAudiobooks are now available at Wayne Public Library, all you need is your own Media Player, a Wayne Public Library Card, an email account! Computer stations will be set up inside the library to download a title to your player. You may also use this service from a home computer. For more information click the NetLibrary link.
 

Novelist

This site is produced by EBSCOhost and can be used to find other authors and titles of fiction that might appeal to you. (Note: Accessible from inside Wayne Public Library and from home pc's to holders of valid WPL library cards. If accessing from home, enter your library barcode number when prompted.)
