General Book Discussion Group
The General Book Discussion Group now meets at the Preakness Branch. This discussion group focuses on contemporary fiction with the occasional foray into nonfiction and biography. Storytime

Preakness Special Collections
BI-FOKAL KITS are unique to Preakness. These kits are designed for program facilitators and include props, program manuals, slides, audio tapes and booklets covering an array of topics. Many nursing homes and retirement facilities enjoy watching and listening to the various themed programs whose titles include Remembering the Fifties, Remembering Music and Remembering County Fairs.
