Open Borrowing

Open Borrowing is a reciprocal borrowing program for walk-in patrons established among the four major library cooperatives of Northern New Jersey: BCCLS (Bergen County Cooperative Library System), LMxAC (Libraries Of Middlesex Automation Consortium), M.A.I.N. (Morris Automated Information Network), and PALS (Passaic Library System). Open Borrowing is currently sponsored by a one-year New Jersey State Library grant to the four cooperating consortia.
