Crystal Bowl Sound Bath Concert – May 23rd at 7PM
Binaural Sound Bath Concert by Ina Cabrera Franck & Jody Rubel.
Sound Healing is a holistic and natural approach to healing. Scientific studies have shown that different sound frequencies can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve both physical and mental well-being, and improve sleep quality. A widespread understanding of the health benefits of sound healing, driven by clinical studies, word of mouth, and social media, have corresponded to an increase in demand for Sound Bath Concerts. Sound can strongly impact us emotionally and physically. Whether experienced as our favorite relaxing music or an explosion that makes our ears ring, consciously or unconsciously, we often utilize sound to induce emotional or physical reactions. Finely tuned crystal bowls are used to create an oscillation to produce an inner Theta brainwave state in the listeners. Theta Waves are associated with the deepest form of relaxation. The Theta state is achieved when the brain slows almost to the point of sleep while one is still fully conscious. Clear your mind and retune your body with the healing vibration of crystal bowls tuned to 432 and 440hz. Each bowl in our collection has been carefully chosen for its accurate tuning, key, tone, and quality in resonance for the most effective therapeutic results.
Participants should bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on during the concert.
Please Register to attend.
